DESCRIPTION
MOTUL STABILIS 9837 AL is a water emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate particularly suited to all machining processes on aluminum, aluminum alloys, steel and stainless steel.
Thanks to the excellent lubricity additives and the well balanced emulsifiers used, MOTUL STABILIS 9837 AL is particularly effective when machining aluminium alloys on both soft and hard water.

- General machining of aluminium: 6-8%
- Tapping/Threading: 8-12%
- Reaming/Sawing 8-15%
- General machining of iron and steel: 5-7%
- Difficult machining of steel: 6-10%
The refractometer reading must be multiplied by the refractometer factor to arrive at the real concentration.
MOTUL STABILIS 9837 AL can be used for machining of most aluminium alloys. However, we recommend to check the tendency of the alloy to stain before use

INSTRUCTIONS
Before first fill, thoroughly clean the installation with an antiseptic such as Contram CB3. Drain and rinse the system with water.
If no volumetric mixing system is available, slowly pour MOTUL STABILIS 9837 AL into water while stirring continuously to achieve a correct preparation of the emulsion.
